Know that to fully complete your Fish Collection, you will have an easier time with level 10 Handiness as there is a Fish is reliably caught in Forgotten Grotto that can only be accessed with Level 10 Handiness. As you level, not a lot unlocks, but know that your chances of catching the most valuable fish increase substantially with each level.
